Conference and Meeting Rooms
Large Conference/Seminar Rooms
The Beren Petroleum Conference Center offers two large conference/seminar rooms that hold a maximum of 24 people. Each room is about 720 square feet and enclosed by glass to display an incredible view of campus. The seminar rooms are perfect for meetings, breakout rooms, or small conferences. Both rooms are equipped with a large wall-mounted monitor, a whiteboard wall, a PC with USB for presentations, solar shades, a camera for video conferencing, and a large conference table with chairs.
Small Conference Rooms
The Beren Petroleum Conference Center offers two small conference rooms that hold a maximum of eight people. The conference rooms are ideal for breakout rooms, meetings, or study groups. Each room is about 255 square feet and includes a wall-mounted monitor, large whiteboard, table, and chairs.
Small Meeting Rooms/3D Collaboration and Visualization Lab
The Earth Energy and Environment Center offers three small (six person) conference rooms that can be reserved by KU faculty, staff, and students. The Harbaugh 3D Collaboration and Visualization Lab (Slawson Hall G271) holds two groups of six students and can be reserved by KU faculty, staff, and students.
