Large Conference/Seminar Rooms
The Beren Petroleum Conference Center offers two large conference/seminar rooms that hold a maximum of 24 people. Each room is about 720 square feet and enclosed by glass to display an incredible view of campus. The seminar rooms are perfect for meetings, breakout rooms, or small conferences. Both rooms are equipped with a large wall-mounted monitor, a whiteboard wall, a PC with USB for presentations, solar shades, a camera for video conferencing, and a large conference table with chairs.
EEEC Small Meeting Rooms
EEEC Small Meeting Rooms are only reservable by KU faculty, staff and students through Outlook calendar reservation.
